We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please take note of our cancellation policy below.
1. Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to a change of mind. Once an appointment
is confirmed and booked, it is subject to our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours
Should you need to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time this will result in the forfeiture of your treatment slot and 100% of the treatment fee.
3. Rescheduling Outside 48 Hours
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 48 hours notice, you are able to do so without incurring additional charges.
4. Fee for Rescheduling Within 48 Hours
If you must reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of $100.00 will apply. This fee is payable to ensure that your treatment slot is not forfeited and to cover lost time and income for our team.
Please be mindful of the above policy and give us the courtesy of advance notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule effectively.
